Refunds: 

If you are entitled to a refund, we will provide a refund for the purchase price of the puppy, using the original method of payment. Veterinary proof of illness or death of the puppy is required for a full refund. We are not responsible for behavior issues that don't fit your family lifestyle or setting.

If possible, we will replace the medically declining puppy with our next litter if agreed upon by the buyer.

Shipping/Fulfillment:

All puppies are required to be picked up at the home of the puppies or a specified meeting place, agreed on by both parties.
